I work alongside Dr. Fleitz with patient care and assist at the front desk and lab when I’m needed. I feel so fortunate to truly love every aspect of my job. Working with Dr. Fleitz and the rest of my team members is wonderful because we’re so much more like family than just coworkers. I love the relationships I’ve developed over the years with our patients, and knowing we are giving them the greatest care possible is truly rewarding. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family and miniature long-haired Daschund, Riley.

I have over 25 years of experience working in the dental field and joined Dr. Fleitz and the rest of our team in 2005. I work at our front desk where I greet all our patients, schedule their appointments, answer all their questions, and basically ensure that our practice runs smoothly. I love meeting new people and helping them to understand the benefits of good oral health. The best part of working here is when we complete a restorative case that totally changes a patient’s appearance, and we get to see them become more confident and smile with pride. My husband, Mark, and I have been married for 25 years. We have three children, two granddaughters, and two dogs, all keeping us very busy. When I have time, I love to read, sit on the beach, and people watch.

I have worked with our dynamic team for over ten years, providing preventive hygiene care, periodontal therapy and maintenance, and patient education. I love coming to work every day and being a part of our loyal patients’ lives. It is very rewarding to help them stay healthy and beautiful. I have a precious daughter who has all of my heart. We also have a red, long-haired Daschund named Ruby, a cat named Peanut, and a turtle named Lucky. We love living at the beach and spending time outdoors with friends and family and enjoying all that Panama City Beach has to offer.

For the past 12 years, I have been a co-manager of our practice and responsible for any special projects that need to be done. I love smiles, whether on our doctor, our team members, or especially on our patients. A smile is a reflection of who we are, what we do, and how we feel. We are all passionate about helping people and making a difference in their lives. I adore spending time with my amazing husband, Derek, seeing the world through the eyes of my precious young daughters, Gabriella and Zoe, and the constant love and affection of my Labrador retrievers, Bella and Boz. I enjoy spending time outdoors and savoring the simple pleasures in life.

I have been a dental tech for many years, beginning in the late 1970’s, and was certified in Fixed Prosthodontics-Crown and Bridge in 1995. At Dr. Fleitz’ office, I operate our on-site dental lab where I fabricate our patients’ restorations. I enjoy all aspects of my job, especially the variety of procedures we do and the cutting-edge technology we use. Outside the office, I enjoy traveling, and I have a 23-foot motor home that makes it possible to bring along my 50 lb. black mutt, Izzy Mae.

Dental Hygienist
As a hygienist with over 25 years of experience, I perform non-surgical periodontal therapy and maintenance, general prophylaxis and patient health education, as well as radiographs and internal oral photos for greater patient awareness. I spend my days with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable group of people whom I have the privilege of working with, as well as great patients whom we have all grown to love. When I am away from the office, I enjoy my cats, cooking, painting, and traveling, as well as being with the love of my life.

Client Services Coordinator
I greet patients upon their arrival as if they were the only person that has an appointment that day. I make sure the office is clean and tidy, and I provide beverages and refreshments to ensure their comfort. With a smile and in a timely manner, I schedule appointments, handle financial arrangements, and file dental insurance. It is my goal to make each patient’s visit a positive and enjoyable experience. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband, Greg, and spending time with my grandchildren. I also like reading and going to college football games.
